What's the difference between racquetball and handball?

What's the difference between racquetball and handball?

Besides the obvious (you use your hand in handball, instead of a racquet)

Also, i know that sometimes the ball can be different (original handball is smaller and heavier than a racquetball, but many people use a racquetball when playing handball)

But other than that, as far as i can tell the courts are the same and the rules are the same.

Am i missing something or is handball just racquetball with your hands?
